Pod Point Group Holdings, also known as Pod Point, made a formal announcement confirming the decision of Dr. Margaret Amos to join Oxford Metrics as a Non-Executive Director. This comes into place immediately, marking a milestone in her professional career. Dr. Amos, who is currently a Non-Executive Director at Echotag PLC, is expected to fill major roles in her new position. Starting from 1st July, she’ll step in as Head of Oxford’s Audit Committee and join its Remuneration Committee as a member. This new role indicates a significant transformation in the company’s corporate strata, further assisting in the streamlining and tightening of its operations.
