Annual Meeting Greenlights Dividend Payout: HELLA Shareholders Reap Benefits of Sturdy Business Year
The shareholders of industrials powerhouse, HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA (‘FORVIA HELLA’), have overwhelmingly nodded in approval for a hearty dividend payment amounting to €0.95 per share. With a landslide majority of 99.99 percent, shareholders forged a unanimous front at the Annual General Meeting held in 2025. As a modern reflection of the times, the proceeding was held entirely in a virtual format, drawing in a robust 89.76 percent share capital participation during the voting process.
The approved dividend paints a sweet financial picture of a total distribution capacity of €106 million, in line with FORVIA HELLA’s robust dividend policy practised over the years. The said policy continuously feeds back approximately 30 percent of the net profit to the stakeholders who support the industrials giant.
