Ferguson Enterprises, a significant player on the NYSE and LSE, has made powerful strides in its expansion strategy with the successful acquisition of two key industry players - Independent Pipe & Supply Corp and the National Fire Equipment Ltd. The move is part of Ferguson’s growth blueprint, taking advantage of synergies and reinforcing its position as a major distributor in the industrial sector.

Headquartered in Canton, MA, Independent Pipe & Supply, a distributor of piping and related products services primarily the commercial/mechanical sector. With eight prime locations in the Northeast, including Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New York, the acquisition bolsters Ferguson’s presence and fabrication competency in the New England area.

Both acquisitions were finalized in the spring of 2025, marking another milestone in Ferguson’s expansion trajectory.
