Trail of New Purchases: Prudential's Chief Executives, Anil Wadhwani and Ben Bulmer, Amplify Their Stake

Exemplifying their faith in the firm, Anil Wadhwani and Ben Bulmer, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Prudential plc respectively, have recently expanded their shareholdings in the company. The shares were obtained from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at a price of HKD 90.75 each, amounting to a volume of 3,807 shares. This acquisition was made in respect of dividends accruing to deferred share awards under the Annual Incentive Plan.
