Major Boost for Persimmon Plc's Executives as Significant Share Awards Granted in 2025
Exciting rewards came by the way of top executives at Persimmon Plc, a British housebuilding company listed on the FTSE250, as substantial share windfalls were recently granted to them. Group Chief Executive Dean Finch and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Duxbury both received rewarding share grants under the esteemed Persimmon Plc 2017 Performance Share Plan on 24th March 2025.
Group Chief Executive, Dean Finch, was bestowed with a substantial 135,040 shares under the performance-driven share plan, while Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Duxbury, was not far behind with a major granting of 88,621 shares.
The performance period of the awarded shares will run for three years, from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2027, after which there will be an additional two-year holding period before these shares can be released to the executive directors.
