In line with the UK Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, these crucial documents have been made accessible on the company’s official website and pertain to the year which ended on 31st December 2024.

In a bid to foster corporate transparency and to comply with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR) 6.3.5, the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be shortly available for public inspection at a dedicated portal.
