Beauty and Well-being Brand, Creightons, Bolsters Board with Appointment of Jemima Bird as Independent Non-Executive Director

A new chapter commences for Creightons PLC, the renowned owner and manufacturer of beauty and well-being brands, as it welcomes accomplished entrepreneur and strategist, Jemima Bird, to its board. Appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Bird will also chair the company’s Remuneration Committee from 31 March 2025.

Adding to her impressive portfolio of roles, Bird is the founder of Hello Finch Limited, a strategic brand and marketing consultancy. She is also the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for Headlam Group plc and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee for Pinewood Technologies plc. With decades of robust retail experience extending across an array of consumer sectors such as food, fashion, and leisure, Bird is widely known for her strategic prowess and industry insights.

The Chair of the Board at Creightons PLC, Paul Forster, ardently expressed his welcome to Bird. He stated that her experience and expertise would be a tremendous asset to the board, contributing significantly to the company’s ongoing development and future plans.

The appointment announcement fell under the mandate of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU)596/2014, as a part of UK’s domestic laws as per the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
